Martin Joyce and Stephen Murphy, the original founders of Micklegate and AQH respectively, are the co-founders of AQH Micklegate. Both have a wealth of construction and development experience spanning over twenty-five years. Responsible for the strategic direction of the group, they also play an active part in day-to-day activities.

Martin Joyce founded his first property business over twenty-five years ago and has undertaken a significant number of development schemes across both the commercial and residential sectors. He is passionate about the quality and effectiveness of the team's schemes and always seeks to add value through good design.
Stephen Murphy

Stephen Murphy has run both building and timber frame businesses. Since creating AQH he has specialised in residential development and currently oversees the financial control and performance of AQH Micklegate.
The SFM head office team

Rachel Withers and Helena Burns have worked with the AQH Micklegate team for over 10 years and helped develop the management of the sites on behalf of investors, leading to the formation of SFM. They oversee and handle the on-site management teams as well as the main head office management and accounting functions. They are also the principal point of contact for our clients and represent the multi-disciplined functions of the facilities management team.
Amanda Clarke and Helen Bickerton lead the accounting team and conduct the preparation and control of the service charge budgets.
