AQH Micklegate maintains a flexible approach to ownership and is able to hold schemes in-house, or sell to a range of purchasers including the increasing number of investors participating in the fast-growing residential investment market. AQH Micklegate can develop in partnership with landowners, universities, housing associations and other operators. Many of AQH Micklegate's previous schemes are now owned or run by private sector student accommodation operators, housing associations or specialist student living charities.
